The most beautiful of the Armadillidium vulgare morphs. Walking pearls with specks of black and streaks of gold.

Size - Adults reach up to 2.0cm.

Difficulty - [2/5] - Great beginner species. Good for novice keepers.

Special Care - No special care. These will breed readily in a basic isopod setup.

Cultures are sent in mixed sizes (juveniles to subadults)

These magic potions are too cute! Their unique coloration of white and yellow speckles makes them stand out beautifully against the substrate, adding a vibrant touch to the setup. They're very active, hardy, and seem to adapt well to different moisture levels. Thank you, Weird Pets PH for the excellent customer service!

I've wanted pet isopods ever since I saw them in that Tinker bell movie haha, and weirdpetsph were the perfect place to purchase my first armadillidium species! Accommodating and kind to talk to, plus their website is amazing and I appreciate the care and thought they put into making care sheets and in shipping the isopods. I also appreciate that they gave two extra isopods since one died after the day I got them but it is expected and the rest of them are very happy 💛

Ordered 4 of them bec kinulang sa budget and they sent me 5!! one month in, and they're all doing great. This one is happily munching on fish food that I had. I chose them as my first isopod, bec they're slower and larger. I let them crawl on my hand which is always a delight!
